SHIRAZ

Professionally built in 2008 by the current owner, this vessel was constructed under the supervision of Alan Brunswick, (of Brunswick boat yard Port Adelaide). Shiraz is an outstanding River Cruiser, but would also suit a Houseboat Buyer. With the sleek lines of Shiraz, you will be the centre of attention and possibly the envy of many other cruiser / houseboat owners.
 
The hull construction is of two layers of 13mm Marine ply sheaved with double layers of GPR, a good standard and a credit to the builder. Shiraz has the comforts of a houseboat, quality furnishings and fittings and is sure to impress upon inspection.
 
The layout consists of a comfortable queen size bed in the forward V-berth with robes and plenty of head room.
 
Moving into the saloon, there is a forward starboard helm with two bucket seats facing the console, which consists of all standard Honda instrumentation, Admiral Series Hydrive hydraulic steering, reverse camera, Eagle depth finder, and GME UHF radio.
 
Further aft is the large U-shaped galley with laminate benchtops, stainless 1.5 sink, with an above bench Mistral microwave oven, Euromaid four burner stove/grill/oven, Westinghouse 240L fridge/freezer, all with ample cupboard / storage space provided. Opposite on the portside is the booth style lounge / dining area catering for eight in comfort with a 42” flat screen TV.
 
Moving through the cabin to the rear is the wet area with glass screen moulded shower, marine toilet, and vanity. Directly to the starboard is another lounge / queen sleeping berth area, inboard through the glass sliding door to the aft deck. On the fully hard covered main deck is access to a swim deck and to the port there is a stair to the upper fly-bridge deck.
 
The fly-bridge consists of a helm forward to starboard and further aft is a kitchenette with gas hob and sink. To the port is a second lounge / queen berth, aft is a second wet area with glass screen moulded shower, marine toilet and vanity. There is also a hanging locker inboard. Aft is the upper large sundeck, a private place to sit back, bask in the sun, and enjoy elevated river views and beyond.
 
Key features include off-grid electrics with Victron 3Kw multi-plus Inverter, 12 x Amp-Tech 12v-105ah house batteries, 4 x 300W solar panels and an 8Kva Seawasp Kabota diesel back-up generator. Plus 5 x 120L blackwater holding tanks, 2 x 320L fuel tanks, 120L fresh water, Rinnai instant gas hot water, Rail Grill Station BBQ, the list goes on.
 
Propulsion is by two Honda 50Hp four stroke outboard motors with only 534Hrs use, last serviced 2023.
 
This vessel presents in overall great condition, requiring some cosmetic work only to return to her original best. Last out of water inspection August 2024 at Foxtale Slipway, hull was pressure washed, plus a full Insurance risk assessment performed and passed. Shiraz is a fully Gas, Electrical, and EPA waste water compliant vessel.
