The large bathroom has a moulded shower and vanity. There is a separate house-hold toilet. Plus, a bonus laundry room with a Lemair washing machine, full size sink and large linen/pantry cupboard.
 
The large stern deck features a comfy cane lounge, family Weber BBQ, all-weather clear roll-down blinds, sink, all the vessels’ electrics, and a storage/tool lock-up. The stern deck also leads to a large swim deck with davit, swim ladder, and 3M Seabird tender with a 2016 Yamaha 15Hp outboard motor also included with the sale. There is also a stair leading to the upper covered/shaded sundeck area.
 
The 240V Off-Grid electrics include a Latronics LS series 4KW inverter, six 330W Jinko solar panels, Victron Centaur 24V 60Amp charger, twelve 2V-520amp/hr house batteries, with a back-up Honda 7KVA generator if required. More features include, Scorpion Stinger air compressor, Ark welder, two 45Kg gas bottles, Rinnai instant gas hot water, 400L fuel tank, and 950L black water storage. 
 
Last out of water inspection was in March 2020 on the Mannum Slipway, having full insurance risk assessment passed, pontoons fully grit blasted and re-marine Intertuf coated.
 
Propulsion is by two Yamaha 25Hp High Thrust four stroke outboard motors, that have just been fully serviced by Ben of Slipstream Marine.
